Renewal of your partner accommodation – 2027 season
The whole team at Destination Circuit would like to thank you warmly for your loyalty and for placing your trust in us once again for the 2027 season.To ensure your accommodation is listed online as quickly as possible and to maximise your booking opportunities during major events at the Le Mans 24 Hours Circuit, we would ask you to return your completed application to us as soon as possible.
The sooner your application is approved, the greater the visibility your accommodation will enjoy amongst our French and international clientele.
Why renew your accommodation listing with Destination Circuit?
For over 20 years, we have been assisting customers, teams, businesses and VIPs in their search for reliable and suitable accommodation around the Le Mans Circuit.
By remaining listed on our network, you will benefit from:

How bookings work
Your accommodation remains listed according to the criteria we have agreed together:
• rates, minimum stay, capacity, facilities, availability, etc.
When a booking matches your property, you will receive an email notification with the booking details and confirmation of a 50 per cent deposit.
Once the booking is confirmed, the accommodation must be provided in accordance with the availability confirmed at the time of your registration.
In the event of an unjustified cancellation, a penalty equivalent to 50 per cent of the booking amount may be applied.
Renewal form
The form is available in an editable version.
You can:
1. complete it directly on your computer;
2. save it;
3. send it back to us by email, without needing to print it.
Please check carefully:
• your accommodation details;
• your availability;
• the rates quoted;
Any incomplete or non-compliant application may be rejected.
⚠️ In the event of significant changes compared to the 2026 season (capacity, facilities, new rooms, new rates, change of owner, etc.), please complete the full registration form provided in the document.
Mandatory availability
To remain listed within our 2027 network, your accommodation must be available during the 24 Hours of Le Mans on 12 and 13 June 2027.
Bookings are now open for the 2027 season.
