- Bedroom 4 (27 m²): with one 180 × 200 bed; a bath in the bedroom and a 6 m² bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- Bedroom 5 (27 m²): with one 180 × 200 bed and a 12 m² bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
