Location: Château located in Flée, 40 minutes from the circuit by car.
Description : This property comprises 3 buildings:
The château:
The château, with approx. 480m2 of living space, is set on a promontory overlooking the surrounding countryside.
It comprises 10 spacious, bright rooms with large windows that let in natural light, creating a soothing atmosphere
Ground floor: you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and scullery as well as a dining room, but also a comfortable, bright living room.
First floor: a charming library with a wealth of books. The master bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom (shower, bath and separate toilet) with a large double bed and a view of the park
A second bedroom with dressing room, shower room and toilet, 1 large double bed and a view of the bell tower.
Second floor: Landing with office - view of the park. One bedroom with double bed and separate shower room and wc, overlooking the Logis and the park, one bedroom with double or twin bed and separate shower room and wc (possibility of adding a single bed.)
The Logis:
The Logis is a convivial annex to the estate.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen for 8, cosy dining room, bathroom with shower and sauna, WC.
Second floor: mezzanine lounge with library, 1 double bedroom with dressing room and shower room, 1 second bedroom with 2 single beds and washbasins, 1 third bedroom with 2 single beds and washbasins and 1 fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and washbasins.
Le Clocheton:
This 73 m2 apartment is nestled in the Clocheton, with its rustic charm. Exposed wooden beams add a warm touch.
The apartment is served by an outside staircase rising from a patio.
Second floor: a large cathedral-style living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with cupboard - sleeps 2 / 1 double bed and 1 bedroom - sleeps 2 / 2 single beds (cannot be joined together) and 1 shower room, separate WC
In the attic, a bedroom with shower room and separate WC. and a bedroom sleeping 2 / 2 single beds (cannot be joined together).
The exterior:
The estate boasts a large, peaceful park and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
You'll also find a courtyard with a large stone fireplace, perfect for making flambées and creating a festive atmosphere.
The large wooden table invites you to gather around for meals and barbecues.
